Meet our Volunteer Board of Directors

Susan Wisser, RN, MSN, MBA, CCM

CACMC Board President

Sparrow Hospital

Susan has Masters Degrees in both Nursing and Business. She is the Patient Relations Manager for Sparrow Health System in Lansing and describes her work as "extreme case management" and loves the variety in her role. Effective, compassionate communication has become her hallmark and she speaks on this topic frequently. Susan is an adjunct faculty member with MSU College of Nursing and also plays clarinet in various organizations, including the MSU Alumni Band.

Tory Hudson McDonald, BA, CCM, CBIS

CACMC Director of Communications

Rehabilitory Solutions Medical Case Management

Tory, along with President Susan Wisser, is a founding member of CACMC. She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and has worked in healthcare for over 20 years. Tory is a Certified Case Manager and is the owner of Rehabilitory Solutions Medical Case Management which specializes in helping people involved in catastrophic automobile accidents.

In addition to the clinical services that Tory provides, she owns "The Social Gemini", a Social Media and Marketing company that specializes in marketing, social media, online promotions, and websites (including the development of the CACMC website).

Tory serves as the primary point of contact for the CACMC Board.

Deanna Kramp, RN, MM

CACMC Treasurer

Deanna is a Registered Nurse with a Masters Degree in Management. She has extensive experience in public health, managed care and long term care. In her career she has developed and implemented case management strategies for two large managed health systems. Currently, Deanna works with hospital case managers and discharge planners in coordinating the placement of patients into sub acute rehabilitation. Deanna enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and of course networking with professional colleagues!

Kathleen Naber, RN, CCM

CACMC Program Chair

Sparrow Hospital

Kathleen has been a member of CACMC since 2006. As a Board Member, Kathleen is in charge of arranging the program and coordinating Sponsors for individual meetings. Kathleen has been a certified case manager since 2007 and has held various case management roles over the past 20 years. Currently Kathleen works at Sparrow Hospital in the Palliative Care Service. She is available to discuss sponsorship opportunities and or questions regarding our programs.

Jill Clouser, LBSW

CACMC Education Chair

Chalgian and Tripp Law Firm

Jill Clouser is a graduate of Western Michigan University with Bachelor's Degree in social work. Prior to joining Chalgian & Tripp, Jill worked for Region 2 Area Agency on Aging as an eligibility specialists/care manager and also marketed for local retirement communities. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Jill is the current chair of the Lansing area Walk to end Alzheimer's, which raised over $180,000 in 2015. She is the past chair of both the Catholic Charities Senior Council and the Jackson area Triad group. In 2011, Jill was selected as Volunteer of the Year for the Alzheimer's Association - Michigan Great Lakes Chapter.

Jayne Allen, RN, CCM

CACMC Treasurer

Accident Fund

Jayne is a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager and has worked in case management for more than 10 years. She has worked in both hospital and insurance settings. Currently, Jayne works as a nurse case manager for a local insurance company.

Previously, Jayne served as the treasurer for CACMC and after stepping down for a few years, the Board was thrilled to welcome her back as our new secretary! In her spare time, Jayne enjoys spending time with her family and has recently become a tri-athlete.

Britany Scott, B.S.

CACMC Membership Chair

Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation Services

Britany is the newest member of the CACMC Board. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in Cognitive Neuroscience. Currently, Britany works at Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation as a Case Manager. Britany now serves as the Membership chair on the CACMC Board.
